1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, booking services, or participating in any event organized by Bomb Ass Massage Therapist, Inc., you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Client Responsibilities

By booking and receiving services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your health history and any conditions that may affect your massage session.
Communicate any discomfort, allergies, or concerns during your session.
Refrain from inappropriate, illegal, or unsafe behavior during appointments.
Arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate or unsafe conduct.

3. Services

We provide massage therapy, pamper parties, and related wellness services for private clients, group events, and corporate functions. All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or failure to comply with these terms.

4. Booking & Deposits

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for pamper parties and group events (5 or more guests, minimum 2 hours).
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of services at your event.
Dates are not reserved until the deposit is paid in full.
For individual massage bookings, full payment may be required in advance.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service may be rescheduled once without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service total.
"No-shows" will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

6. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to receiving services.
We do not perform massage on individuals with contagious skin conditions, open wounds, or conditions where massage is contraindicated without written consent from a physician.
For the safety of both client and therapist, any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session with full payment due.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed-upon rate.

8. Corporate & Private Events

For on-site services, the event space must provide a clean, safe, and private environment for sessions.
The client is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with health and safety requirement

9. Liability

All services are provided by trained professionals, but massage is not a substitute for medical care.
We are not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or adverse effect arising from services received, except in cases of proven negligence.
Clients assume all risks related to participation in massage and wellness services.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and only collect personal information necessary for booking and providing services.
Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

Bomb Ass Massage Therapist, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
