I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years experience working both independently and as an employee of several of the top spas throughout Southern California. As a graduate of California Healing Arts College, Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing, and Massage School of Santa Monica, I am highly skilled and have been well-trained in a wide variety of massage modalities and techniques, including, but not limited to;  Swedish, Sports (pre and post event), Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Reiki, Acupressure, Reflexology, and Pregnancy Massage.  I am not just a massage therapist...I AM A BODY-WORKER AND A HEALER.  And as a former athlete and life-long fitness enthusiast, I am extremely keen on injury prevention and muscle recovery.
